Getting exasperated with traditional real estate sale process

I completed an online form plus received an offer that same day, and while the offer was lower than what I was originally asking, I didn’t need to pay for an appraisal, inspection or repairs

When I sold my household in Phoenix, AZ, I discovered how frustrating the process can be. Initially, I contacted a real estate agent… She had several suggestions to make the house more beautiful to a potential buyer. I landscaped, painted plus invested into modern appliances. I had gutters installed plus refinished the floors. I cleaned plus staged the household for photos for the listing, the showings plus open houses required me to be out of the house plus rearrange my schedule. It was rather inconvenient. I’d come household to dirty footprints. There were several offers that fell through… Eventually, negotiations led to a solid offer. I was eager to get the house sold! Unluckyly, the client required a bank loan; A household inspection resulted in a twenty-page report. I was shocked by the list of repairs I was expected to make. The bank required a roof replacement, updated electrical panel, ductwork sealing, modern porch railings, rewired outlets plus replacement of the water heater. I couldn’t afford all of those improvements. I was also entirely tired of the whole process. I wanted to transport on. I finally admitted defeat plus tried a modern aplace. I searched around online plus came across a family-owned currency household buyer. The company offers a wide range of real estate related services. They are experienced, professional plus proven. I completed an online form plus received an offer that same day, and while the offer was lower than what I was originally asking, I didn’t need to pay for an appraisal, inspection or repairs. I wasn’t responsible for realtor fees or closing costs. Taking that into consideration, the offer was extremely fair.
