When I sold my house in Phoenix, Arizona, I discovered how aggravating the process can be! Initially, I contacted a real estate agent… He had several suggestions to make the apartment more attractive to a potential buyer.
- I landscaped, painted and invested into new appliances.
I had gutters installed and refinished the floors. I cleaned and staged the house for photos for the listing… The showings and open houses required me to be out of the home and rearrange my schedule. It was rather inconvenient. I’d come house to dirty footprints. There were several offers that fell through… Eventually, negotiations led to a solid offer. I was eager to get the home sold, however unluckyly, the customer required a bank loan! A house inspection resulted in a twenty-page report. I was shocked by the list of repairs I was expected to make. The bank required a roof replacement, updated electrical panel, air duct sealing, new porch railings, rewired outlets and replacement of the water heater. I couldn’t afford all of those improvements. I was also unquestionably tired of the whole process. I wanted to transfer on. I finally confessed defeat and tried a new aplace. I searched around online and came across a family-owned cash house buyer. The supplier offers a wide range of real estate related services. They are experienced, professional and proven. I completed an online form and received an offer that same morning, however while the offer was lower than what I was originally asking, I didn’t need to pay for an appraisal, inspection or repairs. I wasn’t responsible for realtor fees or closing costs. Taking that into consideration, the offer was harshly fair.
