I searched around online plus came across a family-owned currency property buyer. The dealer offers a wide range of real estate related services. They are experienced, professional plus proven. I completed an online form plus gained an offer that same afternoon, and while the offer was lower than what I was originally asking, I didn’t need to pay for an appraisal, inspection or repairs. I wasn’t responsible for realtor fees or closing costs. Taking that into consideration, the offer was harshly fair.
